Set-Ohil Group (Pty) Ltd is a Southern African holding company incorporated in Botswana. Since 2014, we have been delivering integrated solutions across four specialist divisions: Solar PV Plants, ICT, Energy, and Investments Sourcing.
We were founded on a simple conviction — that Africa's infrastructure and energy challenges are not obstacles, but opportunities. Opportunities to build lasting businesses, create meaningful employment, and contribute to the sustainable development of our region.
Today, with operations spanning six countries and more than 80 projects delivered, we remain as committed to that founding purpose as ever.

Our Journey
A Decade of Growth
Founded
Set-Ohil Group established in Gaborone, Botswana with a mandate to deliver energy and technology solutions across Southern Africa.
Solar Division Launched
Commissioned our first utility-scale solar PV plant, marking the beginning of a growing renewable energy portfolio.
ICT Division Established
Expanded into information and communications technology, providing infrastructure and connectivity solutions to enterprise clients.
Regional Expansion
Extended operations into Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Namibia, growing the group's footprint to six Southern African countries.
Investments Division
Launched the Investments Sourcing division to connect regional capital with high-impact infrastructure and energy projects.
80+ Projects Delivered
Surpassed 80 completed projects across all four divisions, with over 50MW of solar capacity commissioned across the region.

Brings 15 years of ICT infrastructure experience, having delivered enterprise connectivity solutions for government and private sector clients.
